Chocolate cake

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar

2 cups flour

3/4 Cup cocoa

1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 Cup milk

1/2 Cup olive oil

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 Cup of boiled water

For the cream:

113 grams of butter

2/3 Cup cocoa

3 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 Cup milk

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Prepare 2 forms for baking cakes, sprinkle with oil.

Mix dry ingredients for the dough in a large bowl. Add eggs, milk, olive oil, vanilla extract. Beat at medium speed for about 2 minutes. Add boiled water.

Pour the dough into molds and bake for about 30-35 minutes. Remove, cool on wire rack.

Chocolate cream for cake: melt the butter, stir in cocoa, add powdered sugar and milk, whisk at medium speed. If necessary, add more milk. Add the vanilla extract.

Lubricate the cakes with cream. Chocolate cake's ready!
